Did you know there are different types of vegetarians in the world such as lacto-vegetarian diets which exclude meat, fish, poultry, and eggs, as well as foods that contain them. Ovo vegetarian diets exclude meat, poultry, seafood, and dairy products, but allow eggs. Lacto-ovo vegetarian diets exclude meat, fish, and poultry, but allow dairy products and eggs. Vegan, Vegans do not consume any animal products or by-products and Flexitarian A plant-based diet with the occasional meat item on the menu.
