Willowbrook Foods is proud to announce the launch of its newly created Innovation Centre. This Centre of Excellence is the next stage in Willowbrook Foods success story.
Willowbrook Foods was established in 1968. We are a very well established fresh farm food producer and proud supplier, with a vast range of salad lines, delicatessen products, prepared vegetables, potatoes and root vegetable mash accompaniments.
“Through this facility” commented Andrea Harrison Production MD,” Research & development will be at the heart of the Innovation centre ensuring all new products are on trend, health conscious and as sustainable as possible. This can be seen in the move from plastic salad bowls, to compostable paper & board options for our delicious Super Salads as well as aiming to use local suppliers where possible to reduce our carbon footprint. These considerations help our products and business to be as green as possible and allow our great tasting products to be guilt free.
With the Summer Season fast approaching – with the help of the Innovation Centre – a new range of Willowbrook Salads have just launched – perfect for BBQ, picnics or as a side to lunches & dinners. This innovative, tasty range includes Korean Noodle Salad, Mexican Rice Salad with a Smokey Chipotle Dressing, Potato Salad with Bacon & a Sweet Chilli Coleslaw – perfect for all occasions.
