The person would have experience in a multi personal manufacturing factory and preferably have experience restructuring workforces on a seven day site. Experience in the food industry but not essential. To lead and manage the HR Department, to ensure than an effective HR service is provided to the organisation’s stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. This role will involve change initiatives, execution and delivery of divisional plans around leadership.
